What We Offer
As pediatric occupational therapists, we offer a variety of services to support our families as they build skills in sensory integration, social skills, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, cognitive, perceptual motor skills, and self help skills. Our goals is not to reach some arbitrary ideal but to define and get you to a spot that works for your everyday life. We're happy to work with you on a regular or as-needed basis.

Why Family-Centered
VS A TRADITIONAL PRACTICE

Families share a history and future.
We will only be part of your life for a season. But, you will be able to impact your family with our tips, tools, and suggestions far beyond our presence with you..

It fosters growth-producing
behavior rather than just the treatment of problems.
The treatment of a problem may result in a short-term solution but fostering growth and personal problem solving equips your family to move forward into the future confident in your own abilities.

It helps promote solutions that are most appropriate for where the child spends their day.
Children best learn the skills they need in the settings that they need to use them. This includes activities that are a part of the family's normal lifestyle in play, education, sleep, and social opportunites.
Good Faith Estimate
Adapt & Grow LLC will also provide you with a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining the expected costs for occupational therapy treatment. You also have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy services will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
